The apartment

Conveniently located in the very centre of Venice, 5 minutes from St Mark’s square, with numerous restaurants and shops nearby, the house is a gem of the Venetian real estate scene where you will be fascinated by spectacular 360° views of Venice from the apartment’s rooftop terraces.
 

Located in the heart of Venice, our house is refined and elegantly Venetian and will lead you to the 5th highest terrace in Venice with a breathtaking view of the Venetian skyline and the Campanile in St Mark’s Square.

Venice5th is laid out over three levels, is bright and spacious and has a standout design with a historic Venetian Marmarino finish on the walls and the very highest quality natural finishes and fittings, many made especially in Murano to showcase the apartment’s authenticity. The house has a warm and welcoming environment, full AC, and features all modern comforts that are perfectly blended with historical charm and Venetian spirit to make you feel at home.

The layout of the apartment is as follows:

 

FIRST FLOOR:

Entrance Hall to the apartment. One bedroom that consists of two single beds and an ensuite bathroom.

SECOND FLOOR:

Living room, 2 stylish queen-size bedrooms, and a bathroom shared between these rooms.

THIRD FLOOR:

The kitchen and dining area, refined and modern, offering the latest appliances in addition to a marvelous view. This in turn leads onto the 2 terraces. A laundry room and half bathroom are also located on this level.Walking straight onto the private roof terrace and large altana, and then on up to the 5th highest terrace in Venice, from which you can enjoy the breathtaking spectacle of the city and its countless wonders. An ideal place for alfresco dining and to relax and enjoy the scenery of Venice all to yourself and your guests.

House Rules

Standard check-in time: 15:00

Standard check-out time: 11:00

No smoking

No pets

No parties or events. We ask that you respect the neighbourhood and minimise noise between 13:00 to 15:00 and 22:00 to 07:00 .

Our policy is that if it won’t be in conflict with our outgoing or incoming guests, we are more than happy to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out to suit your travel plans although we would ask that you agree on this with us, on or before you check-in.

Check-ins between 20:00-22:00 are subject to a €30 surcharge, increasing to €50 between 22:00-00:00

Amenities included:

  • AC, heating, luxury linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries.

  • Complete kitchen facilities with espresso machine, bread toaster, microwave and reverse osmosis water filtration system.

  • High-speed WiFi access and pocket wifi.

  • 40” HDTV with Chromecast, standard cable.

  • Baby cot, Pack ’n play travel crib, high chair and children’s books and toys, available upon request

  • Fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

 

The maximum occupancy is seven persons.

Please note that extra guests on top of the booked number of guests will be chargeable. 

Other things to note

LOCATION: You have to climb the stairs to reach the apartment. Venice5th is located on the 4th floor of a historic palazzo and is defined over 3 floors. Believe me, it is worthwhile! You will be rewarded with breathtaking 360-degree views over Venice.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Damages will be assessed and charged to you.

City Tax

Please note that Venice collects a City Tax, which will be collected in cash upon check-in.

0 to 9 years old = free

10 to 16 years old = 2 euro/night for the first 5 nights

17 years and up = 4 euro/night for the first 5 nights

Please ensure you bring copies of your passports upon check-in.

During your stay

  • Ensure that all windows are closed before leaving the apartment for your day tours

  • Leave the apartment in a tidy and orderly fashion;

  • Please do not smoke inside the apartment;

  • Keep noise on the stairs up to the apartment and in other common areas to a minimum;

  • Help us save energy by turning all the lights and the air conditioning off when not at home.

Before checking out

  • Please ensure that any rubbish left in the apartment has been sorted into general rubbish, plastic, glass and paper as explained to you all on arrival;

  • Please be kind enough to turn off all kitchen appliances, lights and aircon/heating before you leave;

  • Ensure that all the windows and doors are closed and the front door shut properly behind you; and

  • If you leave before the housekeeper sees you at 11:00 please leave both sets of keys in the malachite and white stone box on the shelf in the entrance hall as you walk in the front door.
